I treat my weightloss and fitness tracking like a game... I gain and lose points for things I'm eating and activities that I may or may not be doing. I'll explain it later once I see real results from it. Hopefully I'll get a before and After pic up here soon.
I’m thinking I might just save up to buy my own barbell and weights… because really I love lifting, but I don’t think I’m terribly fond of all of cross fit.
I should eat, but I’m not craving anything. And I don’t want to eat something that will make me crave all the things because I can’t make myself feel satisfied.
Giving yourself a bikini wax isn’t awesome…
